During the workshops we will go through a broad exercise of mapping all the different types of transactions in your business, what they are, how and who in business does the entry. This is known as business process mapping.
Through the mapping exercise we will be able to find the areas or manual processes. We then dive deeper on these individual processes and start to build specific features and Cloud Software types that would best streamline your business and get the best results.
After the workshop a full write up and report is provided which will include the process information uncovered, software recommendations, software and service pricing as well as the return on time savings we would expect you to see in the delivery phase.
We will provide a full project plan with agreed timescales, key dates to Implement software and training. Support is ongoing and usually our work Is carried out In two stages; pre work (Including migration or clean-up work) and ongoing bookkeeping work and support.

Our Training packages are built around your time commitment and what bookkeeping tasks you can do yourself or have an internal bookkeeper help you with. We train to data entry level and training is delivered one to one via online video calls. Training can be booked late evenings and weekends and covers all skill levels and types of devices including mobile, personal computers and tablet.
We can also offer training and full support on some but not all third-party applications. Where do not support or train we usually have key contacts in place at the app company that provide this service at no extra cost.
